CTSI Mission Statement: "To provide Colorado counties with alternative risk management and other technical services that are progressive, competitive and cost-effective." 
County Technical Services, Inc. (CTSI) is the service arm of county government in Colorado. A Nonprofit organization founded in 1992, CTSI is owned by its member counties. CTSI administers three risk-sharing pools: Colorado Counties Casualty and Property Pool (CAPP) the County Workers' Compensation Pool (CWCP), and the County Health Pool (CHP).

MSHA New Miner Training 2015

MSHA New Miner Training 2015 County Technical Services, Inc. (CTSI) is once again offering the MSHA New Miner training. The New Miner training consists of twenty-four hours of required gravel pit training for county employees who have been recently hired or do not qualify under the Newly Hired Experienced Miner definition.
The three day training class is scheduled for January 13, 14 and 15, 2015 at the Hampton Inn Pueblo North, 4790 Eagleridge Circle (exit #102 on I-25) behind the Village Inn restaurant sign. Classes each day will start promptly at 7:30 AM. (Click this Link to Register)
