CTSI Mission Statement: "To provide Colorado counties with alternative risk management and other technical services that are progressive, competitive and cost-effective." 
County Technical Services, Inc. (CTSI) is the service arm of county government in Colorado. A Nonprofit organization founded in 1992, CTSI is owned by its member counties. CTSI administers three risk-sharing pools: Colorado Counties Casualty and Property Pool (CAPP) the County Workers' Compensation Pool (CWCP), and the County Health Pool (CHP).

MSHA New Miner Training Registration

CTSI is once again offering the MSHA New Miner Training. The New Miner training consists of 24 hours of required gravel pit training for county employees who have been recently hired or do not qualify under the Newly Hired Experience Miner definition.
