CTSI provides centralized county administration services. This program focuses on meeting the needs of those counties who do not have a full time county administrator or manager.
The services provided are:
Budget development
Feasibility studies to fund new projects
Evaluation of county compliance with state and federal regulations
Administration oversight for county road and bridge departments
Administration oversight for social services departments
Advice regarding the formation of special districts
Assistance with the organizational structure of operational government
Other services exclusively designed for your county
The program is completely self-supporting, with costs to each participating county based on the number of counties enrolled in the program and the services used.
CTSI also provides grant writing services to help counties apply for federal and state grants. Grant money is available to county governments to fund a variety of county programs, but they simply don’t have the resources available to apply for those grants. In fact, much of the money available for grants to local governments is never awarded because no one applies for it. The service is completely self-supporting; counties are charged on a fee-for-service basis.
